Digital Media projects are complicated. Therefore, we developed these Digital Media policies to protect everyone.


We will do everything to make a client project as attractive and user-friendly as possible.
If any problem is discovered or error has been made, please report the problem to us immediately so we may take appropriate action.
After all work is finalized by the Digital media designer and approved by the client, minor updates can be made on your digital prodoucts (at no charge). These updates include: Minor text changes, Spelling errors in text & graphics, Link errors, E-mail errors, visual or Functionality errors.

Standard work rates and fees may be charged for any changes requested that are not part of the original quote or assigned work.
We cannot be held responsible for any loss of income under any circumstances.
Third party vendors may have separate terms of service agreements. We are not responsible for any disputes with third party vendors. We are not responsible for any lag of functionality or any other aspect of third-party services.

Billing Rules & Invoice Policy
It is our policy to provide services on a flat-fee basis as much as possible.
Monthly maintenance or digital media services, as well as monthly content marketing, optimization and social media services are billed a monthly fee depending on the scope of work provided.
For services billed to project base, pages base or hourly, we charge a fee of Rs.3000.00 to Rs.6000.00, depending on the service provided. We reserve the right to charge a rush fee of 60% to 100% for any project to be completed in less than our standard turnaround time.
We require a deposit to start any project, Projects costing Rs.20,000 or less need to be prepaid in full. Projects over Rs.20,000 require a deposit of 60%, with a 20% payment due upon design completion, and the 20% balance before website launch. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable.
Please note that in order to maintain the project, additional charges may be made if the project takes more than 30 days to complete due to your delays, or for new tasks added.
It is our policy to provide all clients with a written proposal or digital proposal and contract for review and acceptance. It is the client’s responsibility to review the proposal and contract and request any changes or additions in writing or via email before an estimate becomes final. If a project gets cancelled by the client after accepting our estimate and contract the client will be responsible for a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total project value.
Depending on the nature of a project the client will be given a timeline for providing required deliverables, such as content, images, logos, etc. If the client falls behind the provided time line we will work with the client as much as possible to get back on track. However, if the client falls more than 15 days behind, we reserve the right to suspend the project and bill the client for all billable hours or workings to date. If a project falls more than 30 days behind, we reserve the right to terminate the project and bill to the client for the entire project balance.
Clients who had their projects suspended or terminated must pay any outstanding balance plus any applicable charges to commence their project before we are continuing any work on their project.
Invoices are emailed or send on Whatsapp. we are issuing web hosting, maintenance, and contract invoices via our Billing, and accepts payments through cash, bank transfer and deposits only. Our bank does not charge a fee for this service, but clients are responsible for any fees charged by their own banking institution. Please note that as of January 1, 2019, we no longer accept payment by Check. Please note that it is the client’s responsibility to submit payments in a timely fashion so they are processed on or before the due date.
We are retaining ownership of all programming, design, graphics, photography, content, development and other services until payment is received in full.

Media Contents and Rights
Upon completion of a any Digital Media Project and payment of Digital Media and development fees, the client is the owner of the commissioned that project.
All text, photos, videos, and graphics used as content in a Project must be provided by the client (unless the client has hired us for content development).
We are not responsible for intellectual property infringements on behalf of clients. Also, we will not be responsible for submitting content.
The initiation of a Digital Media design or development project requires a signed or electronically submitted estimate or contract document. We cannot complete a project if the client does not provide content ( the text and photos, videos or other media to be used in the digital media project ) or other required elements (pre-existing contents, logo or login information, etc.).
We will provide clients with a timeline for providing client sourced, Content and will work with the client to ensure all clients provided content meets our guidelines. If we are waiting for content or other media for information, to the client will be notified. We prefer that content be submitted via Google Drive and email. Please note that we cannot be responsible for lost documents. We also accept some content via email, please check with us first. Images should be hi-res and fully editable. Content may not be submitted via fax or as paper copies. Any files that do not meet our minimum requirements will be rejected. Additional designs preparation fees may apply to client provided files. If the client requires specific looks or formatting for sub items, this request should be made at the time of the initial contract and may incur additional fees.

Late Payment and Non-Payment
Clients unable to make payments by the due date must inform to us by emailing at least 3 days before payment is due. We will work with the client to determine a new payment schedule.
Web Hosting, web Domain and monthly service fees are due in advance of the service dates. A re-connection fee of Rs. 5000 - 10,000 will apply.
Termination of a service by us does not relieve the client of its obligation to pay. We reserve the right to immediately disconnect any account and withhold materials and files until the balance is paid in full.
Payments received after the due date is subject to a Rs.1000 late fee and a 10% interest charge per month.

Service Contract Termination
All requests for termination of the service contract must be notified in writing by e-mail no less than 5 days before the termination of the service.
Clients who wish to move their website from our hosting service to a third-party hosting account must notify us 30 days prior to termination of service. If you require our assistance, we reserve the right to charge a website migration fee of Rs 5000 - 10,000 which must be paid in full before the site is migrated.

Website Maintenance
After all website work is completed by the designer and approved by the client, there is a 7-day period during which minor updates can be made at no charge (These updates include: Minor text changes, Spelling errors in text & graphics, Link errors, E-mail linking errors, Functionality errors). Update fees are charged for other designs and services.
Clients who have signed up for a all maintenance receive discounts off our special rates for website updates. You can send update requests via email, maintenance plan is typically completed in about 1 - 5 business days.

Search Engine Guarantee
Search engine results are determined by a multitude of constantly changing factors, third party search engines, and the amount and quality of competition on the internet.
We are guaranteeing search engine friendly techniques will be used in the creating of each client website.
Search Engine automatic Optimization requires an initial 3 - 6 month minimum, but you have to get more visitors to improve SEO. Please note that we are not responsible for search engine results.
You can get Search Engine Optimization (Coding SEO) service from us. That way you can get the search engine optimization of your website to a very high and fast level.

Security Package
We take no responsibility for attacks on the website in the event that you have not obtained a security package.
As a customer who has purchased a security package, we are 99% responsible for the security of your website.
Cyber attacks are new every day so you should buy an updated security package. But if you get one-time protection package, you get only 60% protection. We are not responsible for any attack there.
We are committed to rebuilding your site free of charge (only if you have an updated security package. If you have a one-time paid security package, we will restore the backup we have for you.)

Technical Support
Clients whose digital media / websites / web hosting by using our services / products have access to emergency technical support 24 hours a day.
In the event of a website hosting outage, clients can leave an SMS and email message and a technician will respond within 24 hours depending on the nature of the request.
This only includes sites we host and does not include websites that attract hackers.

Please note technical support cannot be provided for clients’ personal issues or for third party products or services.

Hosting and Domain
Hosting and Domain are purchased per year, hosting and domain must be activated for the full term once paid for and set up. Cannot be changed back. Please note that if you change it, you will have to pay again. Your site can be deactivated, but no refund is given.
Please choose your website domain name carefully, we are a registered client and purchase website domain name and hosting through a reseller. Therefore, there are no refunds for domain name and hosting.
If you choose to web host elsewhere, we accept no responsibility for any problems or down time that you may experience as a result of problems with your web host provider. Should you experience any problems with your web hosting and require our service to troubleshoot that problems and get your site up and running, you have to pay additionally for that. We are not responsible for any hacked websites and Hosting.
Therefore, you have to purchase a website security package for secure your website and hosting.

Warranty
We provide one year warranty for all dynamic websites including CMS. Lifetime warranty is also provided for all static websites.
Note: The client does not have the right to resell the design or development to other companies. The client does not have the right to add new things to the existing project or to add new things to the existing project using outsourced designs and developments. After the completion of the project, the client can develop the same through another company or team. But we are not responsible for any errors, omissions or representations therein. Please note that in such a case, we will have to make a separate payment for the time it takes to correct it. Also please note that all our warranty periods are suspended.

We reserve the right to change these digital media policies and terms of service at any time for any reason. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. We reserve the right to decline to do business with any client for any reason.
